You need Knife from ::shops, and Feathers from Hunter, Arrowtips from Mining / Smithing.
Buffs
Double Experience Potion - Experience gained is doubled.
Vote Book buff - Experience increased by 10%
Buffs from burning Elder Logs
(Need to burn in Purple Fire, can tele ::train or click on firemaking skill)
Ice Ice Baby buff from Ice Zone blue fire, works only in Ice Zone.
Elder Arrow Shaft
Use Knife on Elder Logs to make 10 Elder Arrow Shafts.
You need to do this from 99 to 100 Fletching.
Elder Arrow Shaft without bonuses is giving 2,5k exp, with Double Exp. and Vote Book 5,5k exp + Elder Logs buff is 6050 exp.
+ Ice Ice Baby buff: 5% 6352 exp. 10% 6655 exp. 25% 7562 exp.
Dragon Headless Arrows
Use those 10 Elder Arrow Shafts on 10 Blood Feathers.
You need to do this from 100 to 112 (if you dont have dragon arrowtips)
Dragon Headless Arrows without bonuses is giving 2,5k exp, with Double Exp. and Vote Book 5,5k exp + Elder Logs buff is 6050 exp.
+ Ice Ice Baby buff: 5% 6352 exp. 10% 6655 exp. 25% 7562 exp.
Blood Tipped Arrows
Use 10 Dragon Headless Arrows on 10 Dragon Arrowtips.
You need to do this from 100 to 112 Fletching.
Blood Tipped Arrows without bonuses is giving 5k exp, with Double Exp. and Vote Book 11k exp + Elder Logs buff is 12,1k exp.
+ Ice Ice Baby buff: 5% 12705 exp. 10% 13310 exp. 25% 15125 exp.
Space Headless Arrows
Use 10 Elder Arrow Shafts on 10 Space Feathers.
You need to do this from 112 to 135 (if you dont have space arrowtips)
Space Headless Arrows without bonuses is giving 2,5k exp, with Double Exp. and Vote Book 5,5k exp + Elder Logs buff is 6050 exp.

You need to do this from 112 to 135 Fletching.
Space Arrows without bonuses is giving 12,5k exp, with Double Exp. and Vote Book 27,5k exp + Elder Logs buff is 30250 exp.
+ Ice Ice Baby buff: 5% 31762 exp. 10% 33275 exp. 25% 37812 exp.
You need bows from Crafting to use these Arrows.
Effect of Arrows
Blood Arrows
Blood Arrow +2000 Range Bonus Gives a leech effect by healing 5-10 hp per arrow shot and gives 5000 - 25000 extra damage on the tick after the arrow is shot so it should show the 2 lines for arrow damage and since its 2 ticks per arrow shot should be damage shown every tick if shot non stop.
Space Arrows
Space Arrow +3000 Range Bonus Gives a Damage effect by adding 10,000 per line of the arrow shot so extra 20k damage per arrow and does 5000-25000 extra damage on the tick after the arrow shot.
